This website is owned and operated by Paper Bumble. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of the products and services offered.
By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1. Purchases
By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following:
It is your responsibility to carefully read the full description of the product/service before purchasing it.
The order submitted via the checkout process constitutes a binding contractual offer to purchase.
The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by Paper Bumble.
Prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT (where applicable). Any shipping costs or additional costs will be communicated before the order is completed. We reserve the right to change prices or correct any errors at any time.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason and without penalty.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including (by way of example but not limited to):
products that are made to measure or clearly personalized, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons, if opened after delivery,
sale or promotional items (where specified in the product description).
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
the product must be returned intact, complete with original packaging and accessories,
the consumer bears the direct costs of return,
the use of tracked shipping is recommended; Paper Bumble is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a written communication to paperbumble@gmail.com.
3. Refunds
If the return is compliant, Paper Bumble will refund the user for the payments received (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify or suspend the services offered, temporarily or permanently, without notice, provided that this does not affect the acquired rights of consumers.
5. Intellectual Property
The website, its contents, and materials are the exclusive property of Paper Bumble. No right of use, reproduction, or distribution is granted without written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper Bumble is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the site. Your continued use of the site following such posting constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the consumer's court of jurisdiction, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
